means the individual, partnership, company or organisation who has registered with Us; |

3.1 The Website allows You to provide information to Us about Your experiences and opinions on the quality of customer service You have received from a Member or a business which is not a Member.
3.2 You hereby agree not to provide any information in the Customer Service Review or Customer Service Rating or any where else on Our Website which:
3.2.1 is untrue, misleading, inaccurate, defamatory, offensive or malicious;
3.2.2 is in breach of any intellectual property rights of any third party;
3.2.3 may adversely affect the functionality of any computer software and/or hardware;
3.2.4 if published by Us would be illegal, unlawful, contrary to public opinion or would b reasonably likely to cause loss or damage to Us.
3.3 We reserve the right to publish, edit, refuse or delete information provided by You if it is contrary to UK or European law.
3.4 You agree that the use of, or reliance upon, any information provided in the Customer Service Review and in particular any review recommending any business, Member, product or service is done entirely at Your own risk.
3.5 You acknowledge and agree that any information provided in the Customer Service Review and Customer Service Rating can be accessed by all Members and Customers.
4. Warranties and Limitation of Liability
4.1 Due to the type of service provided, the quality of the information provided in the Customer Service Review and recommendations and Customer Service Ratings will depend exclusively on the Customers. Therefore, We make no representations or warranties and furthermore all warranties, conditions and other terms implied by statute or common law are, to the fullest extent permitted by law, excluded, including where permitted any implied warranties on quality and reasonable care and skill.
4.2 We shall not be liable to You or any other party for, any direct, indirect or consequential loss, claim, liability, damages or losses of any kind, resulting from, arising out of or in way related to any information or the content of materials or services available on or through our Website, and in particular any recommendations made by another Customer or Member.
4.3 Our Website may provide links to third party and Members’ websites that are owned and operated by the third parties and Members. The links are only provided as a convenience. We do not control these sites and therefore We shall not be held responsible for any loss or damage caused or alleged to have been caused by Your use of or reliance on any content or goods or services available on such websites.
5. General
5.1 You acknowledge that all Intellectual Property Rights in the Website are and shall remain owned by Us and nothing in these Terms purports to transfer, assign, or grant any rights to You in respect of the Intellectual Property Rights.
5.2 Findgoodcustomerservice Limited is registered under the Data Protection Act 1998 and takes the privacy of its Customers very seriously.
5.3 If any provision or part of a provision is held to be invalid or unenforceable by any court or other body of competent jurisdiction, that provision or part of that provision shall be deemed severable and the other provision or the remainder of the relevant provision will continue in full force and effect.
5.4 These terms of use shall be governed by and construed in accordance with English law and shall be subject to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts.
